What should I expect after I place the order?

You will get a confirmation email after you place the order. If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will be shipped directly from manufacturer. The lead time for shipment varies from different manufacturer. This is usually between 1 to 6 business days for most items.  Please refer to shipping tab of each product for details of estimated processing time. You will receive tracking information at the email address that is provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. What happens if the product is out of stock?

If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

What is the general shipping and return policy?

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS. Big items are shipped by freight companies.

What is my Warranty?

All products are protected by manufacturer warranty (if available). Please refer to product specific pages for details.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards include Visa, Master Card, Discover card, and American Express Credit Cards. PayPal Checkout and Apple Pay are also available.

What are my assembly options?

All products are made ready-to-assemble for your own installation. If you prefer to hire installers, you may refer to the installers information.

What should I do when one of my shipments are missing?

Orders with multiple items may come in multiple shipments in some instance. You will receive tracking number for each item on your order. If you are unsure of your item, please email jumbofun21@gmail.com and we will check the tracking for you. If one of the boxes are missing, we will follow up to locate the item for you.
