Here is the general shipping and return policies. Please refer to product pages for any manufacturer specific shipping and return information.

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This is to confirm that your order is received in our system and your credit card is pre-authorized for the purchase. Our system will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and order within 5 business days.

If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

The lead time for shipment will be different for each manufacturer. Please refer to "Shipping" tab of each item for details. Most items ship between 1 to 6 business days from the date of your order. Your order will be shipped directly from manufacturer. You will receive tracking information at the email address that is provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Please feel free to follow up with us at if you don’t receive your tracking information.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to for return. All shortage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid manufacturer charge. If your order has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fee charged by manufacturer (up to 20%). Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment methods that is used for placing your order.


Most products have a 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy (Vuly and Sunny Health and Fitness Products are non-refundable). Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unopened and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please refer to product shipping tab for specific manufacturer return policy.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) must be issued before any returns/exchanges can be made. NO returns/exchanges will be made without an RMA #. Returns/Exchanges for any reason other than damage, defective or a miss shipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please send order information to request RMA.

After we receive your request, our team must coordinate the return with the manufacturer. Please expect additional instructions in 1-3 business days after your initial contact with us.

Return Shipment:

Customer are responsible for all shipping charges and arranging a carrier for pick up at the buyer's home or a drop off at the carrier location.Customer is responsible for product that is lost in the mail during the return
