Shipping for Sunny Health & Fitness Items

  1. Most shipments are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

  2.  Orders will be shipped out within 1 - 3 business days. A shipment confirmation email will be sent out after the item is shipped. After the item leaves the warehouse, the shipping fulfillment time is between 3 to 8 days depending on shipping location.

Return Policy for Sunny Health & Fitness Items:

  1. Sunny Health & Fitness only accept returns for defective items within 30 days. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, and damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse. Before returning an item, please email us including your original order number, and the product(s) you are returning. Once approved, we will then send you an RMA number. Once we have received the item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund.
  2. Repair: We provide free replacement parts (if available) if the item is within our 90 day warranty. Replacement parts are also available for purchase; however, please note that parts are non-refundable; all sales are final. *Other repair and/or service fees may apply if the product is not covered under the warranty guidelines.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are issued only after the item has been received at our warehouse (in original packaging), and has an approved RMA number. *Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the item is not returned with all of the original packaging and materials.
  4. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs; shipping charges that we incur sending the item to you will not be refunded. Please note: we do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be sent prepaid by the customer and or insured. The warranty does not cover shipping charges to the Service Department.
